Salary: Estimated annual salary of $202,000 - $246,000 (Bay Area based hires)

Salary: Estimated annual salary of $192,000 - $234,000 (New York City, Washington, Washington D.C. and California (excluding Bay Area) based hires)

What you will do

• Own the priorities and scope, partnering with a high performing engineering team focused on one of hirify.global’s Application Performance products.
• Connect engineering, program management, marketing, revenue, and partners to ensure timely and impactful product launches.
• Work with product managers across the company to prioritize systemic improvements that enterprise customers need.
• Engage directly with customers to understand how they use our products and build a roadmap based on these insights.
• Analyze data to quantify the impact of problems and opportunities in your space.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, solutions engineering, or related roles.
• Familiarity with designing or contributing to habit-forming product experiences.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs to measure product or user behavior impact.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with engineering and design teams.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a product manager for a team focused on driving the roadmap for products focused on Edge infrastructure, high-performance web delivery, or network optimization.
• Prior experience delivering cloud infrastructure products at global scale.
• Ability to work directly with data to build confidence in your views and use that same data to persuade others.
