Product Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS): Leading product positioning and go-to-market activities for a corporate travel solution with an accent on driving adoption through clear value communication to corporate customers. Location: This role will be required to work from our Cambridge, MA office at least 3 days per week.
Salary: $150,000–$170,000.00 (Massachusetts based role), not inclusive of annual bonus and recurring RSU grants.

What you will do
- Conduct market research and gather feedback to represent customer needs to internal teams.
- Identify buyer personas, pain points, and use cases; recommend new features and enhancements.
- Develop product narrative and messaging to explain K4B’s value in the corporate travel market.
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new features and product offerings, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Brand Marketing, Sales, and Communications on external positioning and campaigns.
- Support external marketing efforts including public website, blog posts, and events, and create sales enablement materials.
Requirements
- Specific experience in developing clear product positioning and go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS products.
- Proven ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Commercial) across time zones.
- Personal experience as a traveler, offering firsthand insight into user challenges during trip planning.
- BS degree or equivalent experience required, background in Marketing, Business or Communications strongly preferred.
- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
