Location: This is a hybrid position located in the Bay Area; the expectation is to go into the office 1-3 times a week. Salary: $256,322.88 - $352,443.96 USD (Tier 1 Salary Hiring Range: San Francisco, CA, San Jose, CA, New York City, NY)

What you will do
- Develop and execute the company's product growth strategy, aligning it with overall business goals.
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer insights to inform product development.
- Oversee the entire customer & user lifecycle, from acquisition through monetization and expansion.
- Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and validate product development initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Design teams for timely product delivery.
- Grow, manage, and mentor a team of product managers and other relevant partners.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of demonstrated ability in product management, growth strategy, or an equivalent field, preferably in a B2B company.
- Proven track record of driving growth and successfully launching new products.
- Proven understanding of product management methodologies, product development lifecycles, and go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to think strategically and translate market trends and customer insights into practical growth strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing impactful teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America.
