Salary: $163,000 - $217,666.67 USD

What you will do

• Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to gather customer feedback and ensure the product meets user needs.
• Partner with key customers and internal stakeholders to identify, prioritize, develop, and deliver world-class cyber-exposure SaaS/PaaS offerings.
• Define product features and functionality based on user needs, market demand, and company priorities, and manage the product backlog.
• Utilize customer insights, product analytics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide product development decisions.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Be an active participant in the execution of go-to-market, launch activities, and conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 12+ years of related Product Management experience.
• 2+ years building or maintaining enterprise security products.
• Must be based in the greater Boston MA, San Jose/ San Francisco CA, or Baltimore/Columbia MD areas.
• Broad knowledge of IT security markets and products.
• Ability to drive product strategy, influence stakeholders, motivate engineering, and deliver through the entire software development lifecycle.
• Strong experience with hybrid agile development.
• Experience with enterprise-level platform architectures: PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS.
• Experience with Web Services and Service Oriented Architectures (REST APIs).
