What you will do

• Nurture assigned responsive leads through various communication channels.
• Provide accurate and timely guidance on Singapore incorporation, corporate secretary, tax, and accounting regulations.
• Clearly explain hirify.global’s services, software, and onboarding processes to prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads according to defined sales cadences to drive conversions.
• Issue invoices and follow up to successfully convert leads into clients.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth new client handovers.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of sales experience, ideally within a startup or SaaS environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work meticulously under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Curious and eager to learn, with resourcefulness to find solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience in accounting, corporate services, or professional services.
• Experience with CRM or sales platforms such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
