TL;DR

Mid-Market Account Executive (SaaS): Managing the full sales cycle from inbound lead qualification to close, focusing on mid-market accounts and engaging with technical buyers. Focus on refining the US sales motion and contributing to the company's expansion in the US market.

Location: Based in Boston (monthly travels to NYC) or New York (hybrid 2-3 days per week) and open to traveling.

Salary: $160K - $200K

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead qualification to close, with a focus on mid-market accounts.
  • Engage technical buyers (Developers, DevOps, IT, and CTOs), guiding them through the evaluation process.
  • Manage and expand an already strong US pipeline.
  • Work closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate the power of hirify.global and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Refine and shape our US sales motion, working alongside leadership to optimize playbooks and strategies.
  • Be a key voice in our US expansion, helping us build the foundation for future growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role (Mid-Market AE or similar).
  • Proven success in closing technical deals, ideally with developer-focused or open-source products.
  • Top performer: You have a track record of being in the top 10% of your sales team
  • Strong ability to drive deals from inbound pipeline.
  • Experience working with technical buyers and navigating proof-of-concept evaluations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, hybrid startup environment.

Nice to have

  • You have experience with open source, developer tools, PLG companies and/or startups at Series A-C stage.
