What you will do

  • Proactively identify, reach out to, and engage with key decision-makers in IT, security, procurement, and operations at mid-market and enterprise companies.
  • Manage inbound and outbound leads, guiding them through the sales process, and crafting tailored strategies and pitches.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy and robust sales pipeline, prioritizing leads based on strategic fit and revenue potential.
  • Plan, build, and implement a compelling sales and growth strategy for hirify.global for Work.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and continuous revenue growth.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including product, engineering, and operations teams, to scale sales opportunities and unlock new market segments.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or business development roles, with hands-on experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
  • Demonstrated success in navigating complex enterprise sales processes and engaging stakeholders at multiple levels within large organizations.
  • Adaptability and curiosity to dive into new industries, especially enterprise telecom and connectivity solutions.
  • Comfortable building detailed business cases, modeling partnership economics, and using data-driven insights to inform decisions.
  • Excels at establishing and maintaining trust with clients, managing complex relationships, and becoming a valued advisor within large organizations.
  • Works effectively across departments to align commercial strategies, build trust internally and externally, and drive meaningful results through collaboration.
