What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales teams to uncover customer challenges and craft tailored solution strategies.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations and workshops that translate product capabilities into business outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor offering subject matter expertise to shape deals and solution approaches.
• Support Customer Success Managers with deep product knowledge to drive adoption and optimize usage.
• Act as a conduit between customers, Sales, and Product teams, providing feedback that informs product development.
• Manage multiple customer engagements and internal requests effectively, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery of solutions and support.

Requirements

• Track record of success in customer-facing roles such as consulting, customer success or account management, ideally in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biotechnology or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
• An analytical and consultative mindset, able to quickly grasp complex requirements and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills to balance competing demands.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills for building trust and collaborating across teams.

Nice to have

• Additional language skills beyond English would be beneficial.
