What you will do

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Chemistry solutions, supporting sales teams in uncovering customer challenges.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and workshops that showcase product capabilities and business outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing subject matter expertise to influence deal shaping and solution approaches.
• Support Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with advanced product knowledge to address complex queries, drive adoption, and optimize usage.
• Act as a liaison between customers, Sales, Advanced Data Solutions, Customer Success, and Product teams, providing feedback for product development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, customer requirements, and emerging technologies in chemistry and biotechnology.

Requirements

• Track record of success in customer-facing roles like consulting, customer success, or account management, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biotechnology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
• Analytical and consultative mindset to quickly grasp complex requirements and provide actionable recommendations.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills to manage multiple engagements.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills for cross-functional collaboration.
