What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering an inclusive environment.
- Define and evolve the long-term marketing vision and strategy in alignment with business goals and digital transformation.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CMO and executive leaders, influencing board-level decisions and long-term growth planning.
- Drive transformation across the marketing ecosystem, including embedding AI tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead strategic and creative development of all hirify.global brands, ensuring creative excellence and innovative campaigns.
- Own marketing commercial performance metrics across the customer lifecycle and ensure appropriate resources, budgets, and processes are in place.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in creating and implementing a long-term vision and strategy linked to business goals.
- Extensive experience leading a high-performing department/team with clear strategic vision and motivating goals.
- Proven expertise in scaling B2C companies in fast-growing digital industries and linking marketing activity to financial outcomes.
- In-depth experience applying research and data insights to develop strategy and maximize ROI.
- Demonstrable track record of driving creative excellence and raising creative standards.
- Experience leading organizational change within marketing functions, including upskilling teams and adapting to emerging trends and technologies like AI.
- English: B2 required
