TL;DR

Senior Marketing Manager (AI): Translating market and buyer understanding into effective marketing execution and revenue impact, with an accent on integrated campaigns, demand generation, and product messaging. Focus on developing a strong point of view on buyers, applying AI for increased speed and effectiveness, and driving pipeline growth through innovative campaigns.

Location: Remote (UK) with regular travel to London required. Must have permanent right to work in the UK.

What you will do

  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across content, digital, and events.
  • Drive demand generation programmes that create qualified pipeline and measurable ROI.
  • Work with sales to translate revenue goals into lead and opportunity targets.
  • Develop and evolve clear positioning and messaging grounded in buyer insight.
  • Coordinate agencies and freelancers to support execution and maintain quality.
  • Track performance across channels, report on results, and optimise based on data.

Requirements

  • Experience turning market insight into clear messaging, outbound execution, and pipeline impact.
  • Strong grasp of B2B buyer behaviour with the ability to quickly build insight.
  • Ability to zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in for detailed execution.
  • Confidence with building systems, workflows, and processes from scratch.
  • A commercial mindset and a data-driven approach to prioritisation and optimisation.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to run multiple campaigns at once.
  • Must have permanent right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience in growth marketing, outbound marketing, or demand generation in a B2B technology environment.
  • Proficiency with core tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.
  • Security experience is a plus.
