What you will do
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across content, digital, and events.
- Drive demand generation programmes that create qualified pipeline and measurable ROI.
- Work with sales to translate revenue goals into lead and opportunity targets.
- Develop and evolve clear positioning and messaging grounded in buyer insight.
- Coordinate agencies and freelancers to support execution and maintain quality.
- Track performance across channels, report on results, and optimise based on data.
Requirements
- Experience turning market insight into clear messaging, outbound execution, and pipeline impact.
- Strong grasp of B2B buyer behaviour with the ability to quickly build insight.
- Ability to zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in for detailed execution.
- Confidence with building systems, workflows, and processes from scratch.
- A commercial mindset and a data-driven approach to prioritisation and optimisation.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to run multiple campaigns at once.
- Must have permanent right to work in the UK.
Nice to have
- Experience in growth marketing, outbound marketing, or demand generation in a B2B technology environment.
- Proficiency with core tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.
- Security experience is a plus.
