• Developing and implementing robust campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok and other channels to drive both brand awareness and user acquisition.
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using tools like Adjust and Tableau to optimize results.
• Working with our creative team to develop engaging ad content.
• Keeping up with industry trends and learning best practices in mobile growth marketing.

Requirements

• MSc. degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in the mobile industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the retail and media industries in Germany.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (such as Adjust and Tableau) to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
• Native German speaker and willing to travel to Dusseldorf at least once a month.
