TL;DR
Community Manager (Social Media): Managing social communities and content delivery for client accounts with an accent on proactive engagement, sentiment tracking, and content performance reporting. Focus on ensuring brand-safe community interactions, managing content scheduling, and supporting campaign planning.
Location: Hybrid role, based in our London office 1-2 days per week. Must be available to attend client meetings and events in London and beyond on a regular basis.

What you will do
- Own day-to-day management of social channels, ensuring communities are well cared for and brand-safe.
- Lead community management, including proactive and reactive engagement, moderation, and sentiment tracking.
- Monitor conversations and cultural moments, flagging risks and opportunities.
- Deliver social content assets like monthly content calendars and projects.
- Manage content scheduling using tools like Sprout Social and native platform tools.
- Support the end-to-end running of social projects, managing timelines and deliverables.
- Report on content and community performance, gathering insights and shaping future approaches.
Requirements
- Knowledge of social best practice across key platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
- Deep understanding of how comments, DMs, replies, and trends work across platforms.
- Excellent project management skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to take ownership over projects and deadlines.
- Understanding of what makes great social content, and awareness of trends and developments in the social space.
- Professional client etiquette across email, calls and face-to-face.
- Previous experience in a social media or content-related marketing role.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of additional social platforms such as Reddit, Discord, Twitch.
- Previous experience in an agency environment, or managing multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with social media management tools.
- Awareness of paid social media and experience working with influencers.
