What you will do
- Utilize the SPICED Model for consultative discovery to identify prospect situations and pains.
- Manage high-velocity sales pipelines with a "no lead left behind" mentality.
- Deliver engaging, high-impact virtual demonstrations of Genius hardware and software suites.
- Guide prospects through a seamless closing experience by identifying critical events and decision processes.
- Maintain precise records within the CRM to ensure accurate sales performance metrics.
Requirements
- Proven success as a Software Sales Rep or in a similar high-volume sales role.
- Experience with consultative selling over the phone and ability to build rapport and trust.
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM software and a strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to deliver engaging presentations that clearly articulate value.
Nice to have
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
