Focus on building programmatic foundations, driving accountability across a comprehensive scorecard, and translating complex enterprise requirements into actionable programs.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle, CA. Staff are expected to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time. Visa sponsorship is available.

Salary: $365,000 – $435,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the Enterprise Readiness program end-to-end, defining strategy, roadmap, and execution of cross-functional initiatives.
• Translate top customer requests into executable product roadmaps with clear delivery timelines.
• Drive competitive parity analysis and roadmap prioritization to identify gaps and inform leadership.
• Coordinate complex multi-team initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Finance, and GTM.
• Partner with GTM to audit and streamline processes for improved enterprise deal cycle efficiency.
• Coordinate the launch of premium enterprise support tiers with 24/7 coverage and contracted SLAs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience driving enterprise readiness, go-to-market operations, or platform/infrastructure programs at a high-growth company.
• Deep understanding of enterprise requirements including security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP) and compliance certifications (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Ability to translate effectively between technical teams, product leadership, and GTM stakeholders.
• Experience managing programs requiring organizational change and influencing without direct authority.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and maintaining a data-driven approach to program management.
