What you will do

  • Drive digital transformation and cloud adoption, identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close.
  • Optimize software spend and help customers maximize value from solutions.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships through a consultative approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support marketing or business initiatives.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and manage customer transactions effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT services or software sales, ideally with SMB/SMC clients.
  • Strong understanding of cloud, licensing, and digital transformation.
  • Great relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Consultative, problem-solving mindset.
  • Confidence using O365 and CRM systems.
  • Fluent Polish (C1) and solid English communication skills (B2).
