What you will do
- Generate new leads and opportunities within an assigned account set in the high-potential customer base.
- Manage and maintain your book of business, ensuring pipeline accuracy and conducting quarterly business reviews.
- Onboard customers and develop strong relationships with champions within existing accounts.
- Size, quote, negotiate, and close software license upgrades.
- Interact with customers via phone, email, video conference, and on-site meetings.
- Capture and report account and opportunity information accurately in Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in a SaaS or subscription model.
- Experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
- Proven expertise in account planning, prospecting using various channels, and managing existing customer accounts.
- Familiarity with supporting large enterprise customers and negotiating enterprise deals.
- Proficiency in communicating with executive-level contacts and delivering value messages.
- Strong command of Salesforce.com.
- Written and spoken English and Polish at a professional level required.
- Must be based in Geneva, Switzerland.
