Location: This role is based in Poland, requiring willingness to travel within the country to meet clients in person.

What you will do

  • Drive sales development within the insurance broker and multi-agency segment in Poland.
  • Manage the full B2B sales process from leads to contract signing.
  • Conduct active sales via phone, email, online meetings, and direct client meetings.
  • Act as a partner and advisor to clients, understanding their operations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Manage your sales pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs in a structured, data-driven way.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Good knowledge of the Polish insurance broker market.
  • Experience in conducting complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in working with sales targets, KPIs, and CRM systems.
  • Fluent English and Polish skills required.

Nice to have

  • Experience working directly with insurance brokers or multi-agencies.
  • Knowledge of IT or SaaS solutions.
  • Existing contacts in the insurance broker community.
  • Experience in a product or scaling organisation.
