Founder's Intern (US Market)

TL;DR

Founder's Intern (US Market): Assisting the Founders Team in scaling the business within the US market by working across various functions including GTM, operations, and sales. Focus on defining and implementing company objectives, building operational processes, and direct customer engagement.

Location: Remote. Must be based in Central or South America.

What you will do

• Work closely with the Founder's Team on projects across all business functions, with a particular focus on GTM.
• Assist in building company operations, implementing key processes and automating workflows to prepare for scale-up.
• Engage in direct sales to potential customers, learning from their feedback and answering questions.
• Collaborate with marketing & content teams to generate viral content.
• Work on ad-hoc projects such as financial modelling, compliance tasks, and competitor analysis.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a GPA of 3.5 and above (or equivalent) from a top university.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Adaptable, hardworking, and able to get things done today, not tomorrow.
• Comfortable with high levels of end-to-end responsibility.
• Honest, transparent, and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
• Highly organized, with a demonstrated ability to balance multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Must be based in Central or South America.
