What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for new and existing partners within the Channel Partner Program (CPP), providing daily support and guidance.
• Drive business growth through structured training, coaching, and educational support to channel partners.
• Set and monitor annual sales targets and KPIs for each account to ensure continuous performance tracking and strategic achievement.
• Develop and execute marketing activities for key partners alongside the marketing team.
• Coordinate and support Axis-led and distributor-led initiatives, including tradeshows and workshops.
• Collaborate with partner-referred end-user accounts to develop strategic opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong ability to analyze and prioritize customer relationships.
• Good knowledge of networking, IP-based technologies, and applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relations with customers.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar sales position.
• Proven track record of reaching sales targets while working through partners.
