Business Development Manager (Fintech): Expanding hirify.global’s distribution and market share by deepening working relationships with key channel partners in the Private Funds ecosystem. Location: Onsite in New York City, New York, USA. Work authorization for the United States is required (E-Verify used).
Salary: $180,000 OTE

What you will do
- Expand hirify.global’s distribution and market share by deepening and developing relationships with key channel partners.
- Create champions for hirify.global’s fund administration products within the investment management ecosystem.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, Engineering, Implementations, Support, Sales, and Marketing to drive strategy and roadmap for partner penetration.
- Develop and execute strategies to convert new partners into preferred partners and coordinate with the Sales team to activate mutual business.
- Lead discovery for additional ways hirify.global can add value to partners and drive new non-linear referral motions.
- Represent hirify.global in the field, meeting with partners and attending industry events (up to 25% travel).
Requirements
- Outgoing, natural networker with experience in building and maintaining relationships.
- Knowledge of Private Equity and Private Credit funds and the broader industry.
- Familiarity with how partners support private funds.
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills, with experience attending industry events.
- Work authorization for the United States is required (E-Verify used).
Nice to have
- Relevant network of contacts within the community (upmarket private equity funds, private credit funds, service providers).
- Prior experience building relationships or servicing funds as an industry partner supporting VC or private equity clients.
- Prior experience managing relationships with high-profile ecosystem partners.
- Understanding of fund formation, regulations, fund administration, fundraising, or valuation services.
