What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for the developer ecosystem, including APIs, SDKs, and extension points.
• Drive developer-facing AI capabilities, services, and tooling by partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Guide hirify.global's transformation toward a modern, cloud-native, and extensible architecture.
• Set extensibility standards and governance, defining patterns and best practices for developers.
• Evangelize and advocate for the platform internally and externally, representing hirify.global at events.
• Lead developer and partner discovery to gather insights and inform roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software product management with 3+ years in Developer Ecosystems and Platforms.
• Proven track record of quantifiable impact in improving developer experience.
• Familiarity and comfort with data to analyze product health, set goals, and track success.
• Strong tactical execution with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or comparable work experience.
• English: B2 required for effective communication and presentations.

Nice to have

• Technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science).
• Experience in large scale SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience building or scaling developer ecosystems or platforms.
• Deep interest in how AI is reshaping developer productivity and partner engagement.
