What you will do

  • Drive pipeline development through partner-led opportunities, aligning strategies with regional business plans.
  • Develop and maintain joint business plans, including regular weekly and quarterly reviews.
  • Serve as a central point of contact, building and expanding relationships with strategic partners and C-level executives.
  • Track partner contributions to business growth, measuring KPIs like revenue generation and certifications.
  • Manage initiatives to recruit, onboard, and engage new partners, integrating them into hirify.global’s ecosystem.
  • Motivate partners to engage in hirify.global programs, drive sales, and demand generation.

Requirements

  • Experience in a partner-facing sales role with an understanding of ecosystems and channel sales strategies.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends, partner performance, and business opportunities.
  • Expertise in managing customer and partner relationships from initial discussions to long-term alliances.
  • Knowledge of the enterprise software industry, including Linux, Hybrid Cloud, Container Management, Edge, AI, and Security.
  • Ability to apply enterprise sales methodologies, such as MEDDPICC.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and advanced sales negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • English: C1+ required for C-level communication.
  • Must be based in Hong Kong or Taiwan.
