What you will do

  • Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive sustained sales and revenue growth across the local market.
  • Be a key contact point for a portfolio of FI and NBFI clients to explore business development, strategic collaboration, and sales opportunities.
  • Execute a strategy focused on strategic clients and partners to maximize client engagement and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Identify business opportunities, grow sales, and foster strong relationships with clients.
  • Foster engagement and collaboration with internal stakeholders in Product & Solutions, Client Success, and Marketing.
  • Work closely with the marketing function to evaluate market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of working effectively in sales/business development roles with an FI/NBFI client base.
  • Accountable for a multi-million USD business and driving high digit growth.
  • Prolific communicator with a track record of engaging clients and influencing successful outcomes.
  • Solution seller with the ability to inspire and lead others.
  • Track record of implementing successful market strategies leading to strong revenue growth and market development.
  • Business-related degree.
