What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to management.
- Negotiate complex contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in account management, sales, or business development within the semiconductor industry.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and managing large, complex accounts.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor products, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Nice to have
- Master's degree.
- Proficiency in Dutch or other relevant languages.
