Location: This role can be based in Dublin, London, or Barcelona, with willingness to travel across the Romania, Bulgaria and CIS (Central Asia) region as needed.

What you will do
- Own and lead the entire sales cycle for hirify.global’s Data, AI, Marketing, Loyalty, and Personalization solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CxOs partners, guiding them on digital transformation strategies powered by hirify.global technology.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the Romania, Bulgaria & CIS (Central Asia) region.
- Generate business opportunities through networking, proactive prospecting, and demonstrating existing customer relationships.
- Lead consultative discussions to uncover customer needs and demonstrate how hirify.global solutions create value.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, deliver consistent sales performance, and ensure long-term customer success and expansion.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, consistently exceeding quota as an individual contributor.
- Deep experience in consultative and solution selling, with a strong ability to articulate the value of Data, AI, Marketing and Loyalty solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with CxOs-level executives, particularly CMOs, CDOs, CIOs.
- Solid understanding of the Data Imperative and Agentic Layer – understanding how data, processes, and experience layers interconnect.
- Fluency in Romanian and English or Bulgarian and English or Russian and English required.
- Willingness to travel across the Romania, Bulgaria and CIS (Central Asia) region to engage with clients in-person as needed.

- Expertise in hirify.global Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Loyalty Cloud preferred.
