Commercial Account Executive (AI): Acquiring new Enterprise clients and driving regional expansion in the US for an AI-driven headless CMS with an accent on value selling to executive buyers and building go-to-market plans. Location: Remote (USA). Candidates must be based in New York City or New Jersey. Travel primarily within the assigned region is required to foster client relationships and participate in events.

Salary: $97,000 - $147,000 USD (Base Salary Range)

What you will do

  • Drive US regional expansion by acquiring new Enterprise clients in the commercial segment (up to €1B annual revenue).
  • Value sell hirify.global solutions directly to executive buyers including CMOs and Heads of Digital.
  • Build and implement a go-to-market plan for maximum revenue potential in your territory with an extended team.
  • Prospect new customers, aiming for high self-generated pipeline.
  • Navigate through the legal and procurement process for complex B2B SaaS sales.
  • Evangelize the hirify.global vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven record of success in closing large and complex SaaS Enterprise deals over $50k.
  • 3+ years of proven SaaS solution selling experience as an Account Executive.
  • Ability to map out and strategically define account & territory plans.
  • Familiarity with Sales methodologies like Challenger Sales, SPIN Selling, or MEDDIC.
  • Evidence of strong relationship building skills to grow and nurture client relationships.
  • Technical knowledge of the CMS space and digital experience ecosystem.
