What you will do
- Directly contribute to the expansion of the US market by generating new Enterprise clients.
- Build and implement a go-to-market strategy with the hirify.global Team to maximize revenue in your assigned territory.
- Lead potential new customers through the sales journey and present hirify.global's solution.
- Work with and support the BDR & Partner team in outbound sales activities, including self-generating a minimum of 20% pipeline.
- Negotiate commercial offers and navigate legal and procurement processes in complex B2B SaaS sales.
- Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients and support Customer Success in upselling into accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales or solution engineering experience, preferably in the SaaS industry, with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong, consistent track record of achieving targets and quotas in 2 of the last 3 years.
- Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and renewals, including multi-month, value-centric processes.
- History of sales success with VP and C-level executives in Mid Market / Enterprise accounts.
- Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Familiarity with key Sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Clari.
