What you will do
- Generate new Enterprise clients and contribute to US market expansion.
- Build and implement a go-to-market strategy with the hirify.global Team.
- Lead potential new customers through the sales journey and present hirify.global's solution.
- Prospect to new customers and negotiate commercial offers.
- Navigate through the legal and procurement process in complex B2B SaaS sales.
- Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients and support upselling; travel is required for evangelization and customer locations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales or solution engineering experience, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong, consistent track record of achieving sales targets in 2 of the last 3 years.
- Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and renewals, including multi-month, value-centric processes.
- Experience in managing customer relationships with organizations across a range of revenue scales.
- History of sales success with VP and C-level executives in Mid Market / Enterprise accounts.
- Familiarity with key Sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Clari.
