What you will do

  • Drive growth within the existing customer base in the Mid Market segment (300-1000 employees).
  • Focus on expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build and deepen relationships with current customers to maximize value and adoption.
  • Partner with customers to understand evolving business goals, timelines, and success metrics, ensuring hirify.global continues to deliver value.
  • Analyze customer usage data to identify trends, expansion signals, and new opportunities within current customer organizations.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to stakeholders via web conferencing and in-person meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales roles focused on expanding and retaining existing customer relationships, ideally within SaaS.
  • Strong track record of identifying and closing upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience managing Requests for Information (RFIs) or Requests for Quotes (RFQs).

Nice to have

  • Experience selling project management or productivity software.
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Front, Salesforce, and Outreach.
  • Exposure to customer service and technical support inquiries.
