TL;DR

Senior Client Services Executive (Fintech): Providing front-line support and managing client relationships for high-volume currency and payment solutions with an accent on troubleshooting, trade execution, and payment resolution. Location: Hybrid 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home in High Wycombe or London.

What you will do

  • Provide front-line support, troubleshooting online platform queries and supporting currency trade execution.
  • Investigate and resolve payment and banking issues, acting as a liaison with internal teams.
  • Offer currency guidance and identify opportunities within client processes.
  • Act as the primary day-to-day liaison, ensuring clear communication and timely service delivery.
  • Manage client accounts, monitoring progress and addressing issues or concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to enhance client relationships.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a customer-facing role.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in handling live currency trade bookings, banking information, figures, and high-value/volume payments.
  • Excellent and confident communication skills in all forms: face-to-face, email, and telephone.
  • Eagerness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and confidence in resolving challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Nice to have

  • Experience in the foreign exchange, payments, or financial services industries.
