What you will do
- Provide front-line support, troubleshooting online platform queries and supporting currency trade execution.
- Investigate and resolve payment and banking issues, acting as a liaison with internal teams.
- Offer currency guidance and identify opportunities within client processes.
- Act as the primary day-to-day liaison, ensuring clear communication and timely service delivery.
- Manage client accounts, monitoring progress and addressing issues or concerns.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to enhance client relationships.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a customer-facing role.
- Meticulous attention to detail in handling live currency trade bookings, banking information, figures, and high-value/volume payments.
- Excellent and confident communication skills in all forms: face-to-face, email, and telephone.
- Eagerness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and confidence in resolving challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

- Experience in the foreign exchange, payments, or financial services industries.
