Payment Executive (Fintech)

Payment Executive (Fintech): Engaging with businesses through warm and cold calling and securing appointments for field agents with an accent on lead qualification and sales target achievement. Location: Remote within the UK, with 3 weeks of mandatory training in the Grimsby office. Travel and accommodation for training will be provided if over 30 miles and 1.5 hours travel time. Candidates must be able to commit to this training.

Salary: £27,000 (yearly) basic + uncapped commission.

• Conduct warm and cold calls to target small to medium businesses.
• Introduce hirify.global' products and services to potential clients.
• Build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.
• Identify decision-makers and qualify leads for further engagement.
• Schedule appointments for field agents by aligning client needs with solutions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of telemarketing or cold calling experience with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about sales.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Resilience and persistence in a high-pressure sales environment.
• Ability to commit to 3 weeks of training in the Grimsby office.
