What you will do

  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline of high-value merchants across e-commerce, digital goods, and retail verticals.
  • Develop and maintain direct relationships with decision-makers through outbound, events, and warm introductions.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical overviews covering acquiring, payment methods, and settlement flows.
  • Own the commercial negotiation process, structuring tailored pricing, onboarding, and contract terms.
  • Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Product, and Operations to ensure deals can be onboarded and scaled successfully.
  • Maintain a clean and accurate CRM, managing pipeline stages, forecasts, and conversion metrics.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in payments, acquiring, fintech, or merchant services.
  • Strong understanding of card acquiring, online payments, settlement, chargebacks, and merchant onboarding.
  • Experience selling into e-commerce, digital platforms, or international online businesses.
  • Proven ability to manage long sales cycles involving compliance, legal, finance, and technical teams.
  • Business-fluent English; additional languages are a strong advantage.

Nice to have

  • An active network of merchants or payment decision-makers is a strong advantage.
