Location: Hybrid, based in Amsterdam or the Benelux region, covering the Nordics territory

What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive account and territory plans.
• Drive sales and achieve revenue targets in a defined territory.
• Create and articulate compelling value propositions for hirify.global services.
• Manage contract negotiations and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Minimum 2 years of direct B2B selling experience.
• Basic understanding of computer networking and how the internet works.
• Aptitude for learning technical concepts and terms.
• Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to travel less than 25% to visit clients and partners in the region as needed.
