What you will do

  • Drive commercial growth and retention by owning contract renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Build long-term partnerships through strategic account management and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, gathering requirements and advocating internally with Product, Legal, and Finance teams.
  • Lead strategic customer projects, from identifying new locations to showcasing new platform features.
  • Manage your book of business by segmenting and prioritizing customers and autonomously deciding engagement cadence.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, French, and Dutch with strong written and verbal communication skills is essential.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or a commercial-focused role with a proven track record within the B2B SaaS & Food Tech industry.
  • Expert relationship building and communication skills with a high degree of empathy.
  • Great commercial acumen and a deep understanding of SaaS business models, subscriptions, and expansion paths.
  • Good understanding of APIs/integrations and the ability to leverage data to read product usage and identify churn signals.
  • Expertise in CRM tools (ideally HubSpot or Salesforce) for pipeline tracking and revenue forecasting.
  • Demonstrable project management skills with the capacity to lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
