What you will do
- Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for each account.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders during customer onboarding and adoption of products.
- Document customer contact and activity data within CRM/Marketing software.
- Accountable for accurate forecasting and regular quarterly revenue delivery.
- Promote hirify.global's products and maximize brand recognition.
Requirements
- Expert-level experience in resolving complex issues.
- Deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes.
- Expert-level presentation, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Fully functional knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques.
- Driven, self-starter who exudes leadership.

- BA/BS or equivalent educational background.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
