What you will do
- Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts, building relationships with key decision makers.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for each account, mapping hirify.global's solutions to customer business requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders during customer onboarding, product adoption, expansion, and account transition to Account Managers.
- Document customer contact and activity data in CRM/Marketing software, including opportunity value and sales stages.
- Be accountable for accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and implementing agreed account and business plans.
- Promote hirify.global's products, maximize brand recognition, and publicize success stories.
Requirements
- Holds expert-level experience and uses professional concepts to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively.
- Deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes, goals, strategies, and business objectives.
- Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills at all levels.
- Complete, "big-picture" understanding of the business and technical contexts of key account opportunities.
- Driven, self-starter who exhibits leadership on account sets and inspires collaboration.
- Fully adept at consultative effectiveness and establishing trust with internal and external customers.
- Fully functional knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, the sales lifecycle of security software solutions, business value concepts, and hirify.global's products.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
