What you will do

• Lead and execute regional go-to-market programs aligned with sales and channel objectives.
• Plan and deliver high-impact field activities, including executive dinners, workshops, and tradeshows.
• Collaborate with channel and alliance partners to develop joint campaigns and events.
• Measure and optimize marketing performance across campaigns, providing regular insights.
• Grow and engage the customer community, leading initiatives such as user groups and advocacy programs.
• Partner with global marketing functions to localize programs and ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in field and channel marketing within high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Proven success developing and executing integrated regional marketing programs.
• Deep understanding of the enterprise buyer’s journey.
• Strong collaboration skills across sales, SDR, channel, and corporate teams.
• Analytical and outcome-driven, with a passion for measurement and experimentation.
• Thrives in fast-paced, agile environments, balancing strategic thinking with execution.
• English: B2 required

• Experience in the cybersecurity or observability space.
