What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive account and territory plans.
- Drive sales within a defined territory or account list to achieve revenue targets.
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions for hirify.global services.
- Manage contract negotiations with clients.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Fluent in English required.
- Minimum 3 years of direct B2B selling experience.
- Experience selling to Startups.
- Basic understanding of computer networking and how the internet works.
- Aptitude for learning technical concepts and terms.
- Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Ability to travel up to 25% to visit clients and partners in the region.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Swedish.
- Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
