Location: Remote. Role covers Northern Europe (Nordics + Baltics + Poland). Must be a native Danish, Swedish, or Finnish speaker with strong proficiency in English. Travel primarily within the assigned region.

What you will do

  • Drive regional expansion by acquiring new Enterprise clients (up to €1B revenue, 5,000 employees) in Northern Europe.
  • Lead potential new customers through the sales journey and present hirify.global’s solutions.
  • Work with BDR & Partner teams in outbound sales activities and prospect new customers (min 20% self-generated pipeline).
  • Nurture priority accounts to generate expansions into new divisions and product upsells.
  • Negotiate commercial offers and navigate legal and procurement processes in complex B2B SaaS sales.
  • Evangelize the hirify.global vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven record of success in closing large and complex SaaS Enterprise deals over $50k.
  • 3 years of proven SaaS solution selling experience as an Account Executive.
  • Ability to map out and strategically define account & territory plans.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like Challenger Sales, SPIN Selling, Sandler, MEDDIC.
  • Some technical knowledge of the CMS space and digital experience ecosystem.
  • Native Danish, Swedish, or Finnish speaker with fluency in both speaking and writing.
  • Strong proficiency in English.
