Salary: $123,500 - $191,100 USD

What you will do

• Define and execute go-to-market strategies, including messaging, positioning, and launch planning.
• Create impactful sales collateral, content, and training to drive acquisition and expansion.

• Collaborate with product management to translate technical features into customer benefits.
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and customer-facing activities.
• Partner with marketing teams to support demand generation and campaign development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing experience in CX, CCaaS, or AI technology solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing Management (MBA preferred).
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
