What you will do

• Strategically design, plan, and execute in-person events such as meetups and conferences, and online events including webinars.
• Develop specific multi-channel lead generation campaigns in coordination with sales.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and professional services teams to identify, promote, and execute internal and external events.
• Manage project deadlines, milestones, and task development while measuring success.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, partners and external event vendors and organizers.
• Prepare event briefings, booths, presentations, portfolios, calculations, and budgets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B event marketing or agency events and driving lead generation initiatives over multiple channels.
• Hands on experience with both in-person and online events.
• Strong results-driven mindset with the ability to measure qualitative and quantitative success.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in German and English.
