What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Tech Leads to establish effective discovery and delivery cadences.
• Create and maintain sprint and release plans, tracking resources and communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and document risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation actions.
• Ensure Definition of Done is adhered to and releases meet quality standards.
• Communicate product release updates and champion continuous improvement through retrospectives.
• Produce regular status reports covering planning, delivery, and improvement metrics, and explore new ways of working utilizing GenAI.

Requirements

• Have 5+ years’ experience in software delivery, operations, or Agile teams.
• Possess strong knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD concepts.
• Be an expert in JIRA and Confluence.
• Demonstrate personal accountability and ability to set governance structures.
• Have proven experience collaborating across development and operations teams for efficient delivery.
• Bring exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
