What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end invoicing process, including obtaining purchase orders, managing timesheet approvals, and issuing invoices.
  • Maintain financial hygiene across accounts, supporting revenue forecasting, monitoring commercial risks, and tracking profitability.
  • Draft, administer, and drive timely completion of clear and accurate Statements of Work (SoWs) for client engagements.
  • Support Client Services Directors in managing client relationships, capturing actions, and ensuring follow-through.
  • Contribute to account growth by coordinating proposal creation, sourcing candidates, and organizing interviews.
  • Coordinate delivery by responding to queries, keeping internal project tools accurate, and securing talent for client engagements.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills, comfortable managing multiple priorities with structure and follow-through.
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify information.
  • High attention to detail in numbers, contracts, process steps, and documentation.
  • Analytical and value-focused, curious about data and able to turn insight into action.
