hirify.global is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supplier Specialist to drive excellence in supply chain and supplier management processes.

What you will do

• Manage supplier self-management of remote access into PLM engineering applications and provide support.
• Handle supplier support cases via Salesforce, including escalation and account management.
• Create and deliver webinar sessions to provide proactive support and drive compliance.
• Produce dashboards and reports for management to review outstanding issues.
• Implement process improvements for supplier onboarding and support processes.
• Ensure suppliers are compliant with connectivity, capability, and competency requirements.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, both face to face and telephone.
• Strong stakeholder management and objection handling skills.
• Driven and highly self-motivated with a dynamic customer-focused attitude.
• Organized with the ability to prioritize and take pride in your work.
• Problem solver and able to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
