What you will do

• Support SEO/AEO for 17 digital information platforms and event websites, ensuring full optimization.
• Report to key stakeholders on success and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Work daily on the SEO/AEO tech stack, including Wordpress and Brightedge, for content optimization.
• Collaborate with external agencies to improve organic search and AEO.
• Perform reporting and analysis for marketing channel performance.
• Update content on the hirify.global Group company site as required.
• Participate in UAT testing for new product launches and email flows with Digital Marketing Operations colleagues.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree and at least 12 months of experience in a marketing position.
• Demonstrated interest and knowledge in SEO and AEO.
• Track record of working closely and efficiently with marketing colleagues to drive growth.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence peers and leaders.
• Excellent planning, project management, and performance analysis skills.
• Demonstrable experience in supporting successful inbound and outbound marketing programmes.
• Knowledge of digital marketing techniques, technologies, and tools, including emerging technologies like AI.
