• Lead the Paid Social team and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Manage and expand paid social reach by identifying new markets and maintaining existing ones.
• Provide regular performance reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Provide guidance and creative direction to ensure accurate and compliant product promotion.
• Take responsibility for your team’s performance and career development.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in paid social.
• Experience in the iGaming and/or Affiliate sector is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing funnels and commercial aspects.
• Highly numerate, analytical, and target-driven with proven ability to deliver ROI.
• Strong attention to detail, process-oriented, and profit-focused.
• English B2 proficiency required.
