What you will do
- Act as the single-threaded owner for delivery success, proactively identifying risks, driving decisions, and taking corrective action to keep engagements on track.
- Build and maintain delivery plans, schedules, milestones, and project artifacts for complex, technical customer environments.
- Partner with consultants, partner consultants and architects by coordinating activities, clearing blockers, and ensuring project momentum across multiple concurrent customer engagements.
- Drive structured kickoff-to-close delivery flow, including documentation, success tracking, and retrospective.
- Lead internal Professional Services initiatives that improve scale, repeatability, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to streamline customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience leading customer-facing technical project delivery in a SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software Professional Services environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud or enterprise software environments.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent technical projects or customer-facing engagements typically 5–10 concurrent engagements with varying scopes and stakeholders.
- Skilled in planning, scheduling, risk tracking, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Familiar with Agile or hybrid PM methodologies and delivery frameworks.
- Proficient with project management & collaboration tools (Kantata/Mavenlink, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.).
Nice to have
- Experience in Professional Services or customer delivery organizations.
- Exposure to SIEM/observability/log analytics (Splunk, Elastic, Sentinel, Exabeam, DataDog, etc.).
- Background in data pipelines, security, cloud, or large-scale infrastructure environments.
- Experience with service offerings, SOW execution, or delivery reporting metrics.
