Salary: $75,000–$105,000 CAD

What you will do

• Manage a diverse portfolio of 30–40 projects, including quick service engagements and complex, year-long implementations for Aquarius and Hach WIMS platforms.
• Own the full project lifecycle, from kickoffs and planning to execution, risk management, and customer sign-off.
• Act as the customer’s trusted partner, leading meetings, resolving escalations, and ensuring smooth communication.
• Drive financial rigor by forecasting revenue based on milestone delivery and reporting risks/opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with implementation specialists, developers, and support teams.
• Champion process improvement, participating in Kaizens and refining standard work and templates.
• Bridge technical gaps by understanding software architecture, APIs, integrations, and data workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in software project management.
• 5+ years managing customer-facing software implementation projects.
• Familiarity with Aquarius and/or Hach WIMS platforms.
• Experience in environmental water, municipal, industrial, or wastewater systems.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts (software architecture, APIs, integrations, data workflows).

Nice to have

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Comfort presenting to internal and external stakeholders, including executives.
• Knowledge of SQL, scripting, or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (including VBA for data manipulation).
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot network environments.
