Project Manager (Implementation)

Project Manager (Implementation): Overseeing and directly managing enterprise and mid-market implementation projects from initiation to completion with an accent on developing detailed project plans, mitigating risks, and aligning stakeholders. Location: Hybrid role in the San Francisco Bay area, California, with 2 days/week in office required for team collaboration (Morgan Hill or Larkspur office). Benefits mainly for U.S. based, full-time employees.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Oversee and directly manage enterprise and mid-market projects from initiation to completion.
• Set and manage customer expectations throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Develop detailed project plans that define scope, layout timelines, identify risks, and establish benchmarks.
• Communicate proactively and effectively with internal teams and customers to drive progress.
• Create, manage, and maintain all project artifacts and records.
• Present project status reports to executive stakeholders, inclusive of timeline, key issues, risks, and applicable KPIs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in managing enterprise implementation projects.
• Current PMP certification is required.
• Deep organizational skills including high attention to detail, multi-tasking, and advanced time management.
• General knowledge of Project Management tools and methodologies (Iterative/Agile, Incremental, and Predictive).
• Experience in directly managing project staff resources.
• Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills.
• Ability to travel when needed (less than 15% expected).

Nice to have

• Experience with Wrike or similar project management tools.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
