Senior Account Executive (Medtech, SaaS): Driving market expansion and client development for hirify.global’s SaaS solutions in the healthcare sector with an accent on revenue generation, adoption, and market penetration for enterprise accounts. Focus on building pipeline, developing account-based strategies, and articulating compelling value propositions to overcome unique buying obstacles in the Ontario healthcare market.

Location: Remote within Ontario, Canada, with required travel within the assigned territory. Preferably based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

What you will do

  • Build pipeline and drive revenue, adoption, and market penetration for enterprise accounts in the assigned healthcare territory.
  • Develop and execute account-based strategies from scratch to create pipeline and establish a strong client base.
  • Travel within the assigned territory to conduct face-to-face meetings, demos, and discovery sessions with potential customers.
  • Help customers achieve their goals by understanding their needs and articulating compelling value propositions and ROI.
  • Identify, address, and overcome potential buying obstacles unique to the healthcare sector in Ontario.
  • Grow your network and hirify.global’s brand awareness by attending conferences, workshops, and industry events.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of daily activities in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, demonstrating proven ability to build pipelines and leverage key contacts.
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS software selling.
  • Demonstrated track record of prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales, consistently achieving quota expectations.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel and work on the road for client engagement.
  • Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills to cultivate strong connections at all organizational levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
  • A resilient entrepreneurial spirit and a high degree of autonomy.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and read) is required for interacting with colleagues and clients outside Québec.

  • Experience in Healthcare Tech selling.
  • Proficiency in French.
