Salary: Northern California: $126,000 - $170,000; Southern California: $120,000 - $162,000; Washington Remote: $109,500-$148,000.

What you will do

  • Partner with the Ecosystem & Lifecycle Marketing Team, owning the implementation of customer lifecycle campaigns.
  • Translate business requirements into technical implementation details to drive desired outcomes efficiently.
  • Help manage contractors, assist in onboarding new employees, and oversee Tier 1-2 projects.
  • Adhere to and champion data governance guidelines and campaign best practices.
  • Provide post-launch support, including monitoring campaign performance and delivering final documentation.
  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain new marketing automation technologies and add-on applications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in building complex customer lifecycle automations in marketing platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, or AJO experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and people skills; people management experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated impressive results in campaign orchestration, optimization, personalization, and data/process standardization.
  • Natural problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and ability to find root causes and troubleshoot quickly.
  • Ability to work on multiple complex projects, meet deadlines, and deliver with high accuracy.
  • Ability to articulate and educate team members on campaign best practices and advanced marketing automation knowledge.
